Though I usually [try to] plan my meals a week or two in advance, I've never posted/participated in Menu Monday. But I always enjoy looking at everyone else's menus and finding some new recipes, so I thought I'd share mine this week too. I love to try new recipes and usually do so about 2-3 times each week. This week I'm trying 2 new ones..hope they're good!
Monday- Cheddar Chicken with Strawberry Spinach Salad
Tuesday-Taco Stirfry (new recipe) with cut-up fresh veggies and fruit (edited to add: this recipe was good; a variation of taco salad)
Wednesday-Homemade Pizza with salad
Thursday-Pork Medallions Alfredo (new recipe) with peas and noodles (edited to add: this recipe was NOT good--neither the taste nor the texture.. I'll be throwing this recipe away) :(
Friday-Simply Lasagna with salad and breadsticks
Saturday-Chicken Rice Burritos (half of the recipe) with mixed vegetables
