Pregnancy Pictures and Baby Room
4 weeks along... (this was taken the day I found out I was pregnant)

15 weeks...

I am now at 16 weeks...

Here are a few pics of our freshly-painted nursery and new crib!! Having a crib in there especially makes it seem like more a reality that our baby is expected to arrive in only a little more than 5 months.
Grandma Roni and Grandpa Stephen setting the crib up...

The little lamb is our baby's first stuffed animal from Great-Grandma Duranske :-)

Now we just need sheets, bumper pads, curtains, decorations, picture frames..., etc..

Update on pregnancy, school, seminary...
Well, I am almost 16 weeks along in my pregnancy! In some ways it has gone really fast so far, and I know that the next 5 1/2 months are probably going to fly by, and before we know it, we'll be parents! Wow, exciting and overwhelming at the same time!
Things have been going well for the most part...my nausea has not yet subsided, and I'm still taking some anti-nausea meds...but other than that, things are looking good with the baby. Our next dr. appt. (which just happens to be on our 2nd wedding anniversary) will hopefully (if the little one will cooperate) reveal to us the gender of our baby!!! I can't wait to find out, so I can start decorating the baby room, registering, dreaming.. all that fun stuff.
Speaking of the baby room, it now has a fresh coat of paint on it and it looks great. We also have a crib now!! Pictures to come...
I started back to work about 3 weeks ago, and school started last Weds.
Hard to believe summer's already over! So far it's going well, and my little 1st graders keep me on my toes! I am definitely exhausted by the time the evening rolls around...but that's probably a good thing if it will help me to go to bed earlier (I am much more of a night person than a morning person!!).
Tony is back at seminary this semester and thankfully was able to schedule his classes for Tues-Thurs. He is enjoying his classes so far. He has also been working many hours at Edison Johnson and he has been able to develop many friendships with his co-workers and the Lord has opened the door for witnessing to many of them. Very exciting!
God has been so good to us and we can't stop thanking Him enough.
Have a wonderful weekend, everyone!

Trip to Charlotte and Shelby
A couple of weeks ago, we spent the weekend in Charlotte and then in Shelby, NC...
We spent the first day with the Loudons. It was great to see them.. baby Matthew is growing up so much!

Tony practicing to be a daddy...

I love this little guy..

After our time in Charlotte, we headed down to Shelby, where Tony's good friend Kyle got married to his lovely bride, Lauren.
We had a wonderful time, and Tony enjoyed his job as the "wedding officiant." :-)
