Baby Update

Yesterday I went to the dr. for my 30 week appointment and ultrasound. Here are some pics of our sweet baby girl...she is growing well and measuring right on schedule (praise God!). The ultrasound tech said she weighs about 3 lbs, 4 oz. right now. It's fun to see her cheeks get chubbier :)

This first one is my favorite...I love how she had her hands positioned next to her face almost like she was posing for us!

30 weeks, 4 days ultrasound (4)
30 weeks, 4 days ultrasound (6)

30 weeks, 4 days ultrasound (2)

Starting at 32 weeks, they plan to do a NST (non-stress test) each week and then I will have additional ultrasounds at 34 weeks and 38 weeks. An induction date hasn't been scheduled yet, but we are looking at being induced probably sometime around 39 weeks (unless baby girl decides to make her appearance before that).

This journey certainly has not been an "easy" one in any sense of the word, but we can't say enough how thankful we are to God for His blessings and unexplainable peace throughout the last 7 months. So many of YOU have been such an encouragement and blessing to us as well. Whenever I think about how many people are praying for us and our baby, it overwhelms me. Please continue to pray as we draw nearer to the time of labor/delivery and anticipate the birth of our baby with the mixed emotions of fear and joy.

So amazing to "peep" in and see what is happening inside you right now. Thanks so much for sharing, I love reading about your journey.
