32 weeks

Today I started my weekly dr. appointments and I also had my first NST (non-stress test). I wasn't sure quite what to expect with the NST, but I got to lie in a comfy recliner and listen to our baby's heartbeat for 20 minutes, so that was pretty cool :)

They had two monitors on my belly, one for baby's heartbeat and one for contractions (didn't have any). They also gave me a button to push every time I felt baby girl move. She was pretty wiggly and I pushed the button 30+ times in that 20 minute period. I just love all her wiggles and movements and praise the Lord for each one of them!

Her heart-rate was good and I remember just thinking to myself the whole time, "Ok, little heart, just keep beating, just keep beating..."

I am soo very thankful for the amazing doctors and nurses at my clinic. They reassured me again today that no question is a silly question and that if I ever have any concerns or just need some extra assurance that baby is okay, I can call/go in to the clinic.

Thank you, Lord, for another great appointment!

And...lastly, (unless baby girl decides to come on her own before then) we have an induction date scheduled! September 2nd... 45 days from now. But who's counting?? ;)

So excited for you to be holding your precious girl and to be experiencing mothering a living child. It's wonderful and hard, as our living babies are constant reminders of what we didn't get to experience with our Heaven babies. Praying for peace for you and Tony in the weeks to come. I'm sure your anxiety will only heighten as you approach your due date. It won't be long now!
