31 weeks...

I'm a few days late on my update.. by now I'm actually more like 31 1/2 weeks along, but here's last weekend's picture.

31 weeks

Everything continues to go really smoothly. I can tell our baby girl is getting bigger...some days I feel like my belly is about to pop and I still have 8 1/2 weeks to go until our due date! I guess that's just because I've never experienced any of this before.
Last night she was really active.. Tony and I enjoyed just watching my belly move and change shape as Baby moved around. It was amazing! Maybe it was just my imagination, but it seemed like whenever Tony talked, she responded to his voice by moving. She must already be a daddy's girl!

Over Thanksgiving break, Tony's dad and his wife gave us the travel system that we had picked out. Here are a few pictures of it!

I realize it looks a little bit boyish, but I love blue so I'm happy with it. We definitely didn't want pink or purple; we wanted something neutral to be used for either gender in the future.

Great pic! You are so cute! Do you have a dry, itchy belly at all? Let me recommend Burt's Bees "Mama Bee Belly Butter" it feels awesome! You can find it at Target. I still use it :)

We have a friend from church who works at Graco, he watches all the crash tests and knows a gazillion details about carseats. Graco makes a fabulous product! And the pattern is really cute - very modern. I love it!

Thanks for the recommendation, Angie! Yes, I do have an itchy belly these days...I'll have to try the Burt's Bees stuff.. it's actually made here in Durham too!

That's great to know that Graco products are safe.. next step is to get our car seat base installed in our car. It's amazing how many different baby contraptions there are to learn about!!
