Trials in life...

My dear friend Kristi shared this excerpt from "Streams in the Desert" with me... it applies so much to what Tony and I (as well as many others) are experiencing in life right now.

"There is no way to learn of faith except through trials. They are God's school of faith, and it is much better for us to learn to trust Him than to live a life of enjoyment. And once the lesson of faith has been learned, it is an everlasting possession and an eternal fortune gained. Yet without trust in God, even great riches will leave us in poverty."

that is the truth.
thanks for sharing this. :)

Not only have we all been learning of deepened faith through this time of trials, but I believe God has used it to draw us closer together as friends as we encourage and lift each other up. It's a beautiful thing.

I love you more and more and I am continuing to pray for you and Tony. You are never far from my mind.

we have nothing if we don't trust God.

Thank you so much for posting "trials in life" It's an incredible truth...but one that takes a while of "chewing on it" to fully understand. Sometimes I cant wait for heaven and hope that we can see our lives in their entirety and fully appreciate God's will, and how He used our lives for His glory. untill then....love you guys!
